And, earlier this month, she unexpectedly opened up about a part of her life she hasn’t shared before.
Brandi Glanville and Her Struggle with Psoriasis
On November 13th, Brandi took to Instagram to share “something crazy,” as she put it, by uploading a selfie that wasn’t her usual glammed-up post. Instead, her picture showed a very raw and unfiltered look at Brandi’s problem with psoriasis. In her selfie, the RHOBH alum appeared to be going through a concerning flare-up on her face. Aside from the post, she hasn’t spoken more about it publicly, but that might just be a matter of time.
Psoriasis is one of the most common skin conditions worldwide. The National Psoriasis Foundation defines psoriasis as an immune-mediated disease that makes the skin build up into raised, scaly patches. There is no known cure yet, but there are ways to relieve the symptoms.
She’s Not the Only One Going Through It
Since psoriasis affects more than 125 million people around the globe, Brandi Glanville isn’t alone in her struggle. In fact, other celebrities like LeAnne Rimes (who happens to be married to Eddie, Brandi’s ex-husband) and Kim Kardashian West have also openly talked about living with the skin condition and learning to manage the breakouts on time and with special care.
