Ensure that your bacon strips are entirely dry, to help prevent the sugar-spice coating from sticking to the slices. The brown sugar coating caramelizes pretty quickly in the microwave oven, so keep an eye out for the bacon during the last few minutes
Ingredients
● 1 lb thick-cut sliced bacon
● ⅔ cup brown sugar
● 2 teaspoons, freshly cracked pepper
● ¼ teaspoon, ground cayenne pepper

Cooking Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the oven tray with cooking spray, put the foil on, and set it aside.
Mix brown sugar, pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl and spread the mixture on a small baking sheet. Cover each bacon slice adequately in the mix and lay the sugar-coated bacon on the foiled tray.
Bake for 20-24 minutes, and don’t forget to flip the bacon until firmly crisped, then remove from the oven and let the bacon sit for 5 minutes.
